Hello I have a plot in Faridabad 358 sq yards.. wish to know Do you operate in Faridabad? What is the rough cost PSF for EPC with material for best quality material, including desiging? Plots as residential option are cost effective in tier 2and 3 cities. where people build second homes for retirement etc. If you could post availability at a city like say NAGPUR in maharashtra , you would have a great demand from those working in Mumbai currently. A bugalow plot is impossible to afford in Mumbai. I am interseted in a 5000sqft plot in NAGPUR with 4 friends who want to join the group, so it will be 5 plots.We are all from maharashtra state working in Dubai etc, who want to build small 3 BR vills in NAGPUR.
