Day 1:    Arrival at Nainital.
Pick-up from the Kathgodam Railway Station / Bus Stand and transfer to the Hotel, to freshen up and start exploring the lovely little town of Nainital.
Day 1 & 2: Nainital
Nainital is a charming hill station located at the foothills of the Kumaon Himalaya and is distinguished for its scenic charm in all over India. It was the most favoured summer retreat of the British as well. Nainital is beautifully nested around the beautiful Naini Lake and offers splendid views of the Himalaya from the uphill, while enjoying the cool crisp air all around. You will feel the colonial charm lingering in its streets and the impressive heritage buildings built in the olden times.
Day 3:    Travel to Ranikhet (3 hrs)
Gently enveloped amidst dense pine and deodar forest, with a majestic background of Himalayas, Ranikhet indeed has a breath-taking and pristine charm. Away from the hustle-bustle of popular hill stations in India, this is a perfect destination for those who are looking for a calm and peaceful holiday. Amongst the beautiful scenic vista of Ranikhet lie some beautiful places and scared temples that are worth visiting. From the ancient temples to nascent built orchards and parks, Ranikhet offers a journey that of the glorious history through the tranquil setting of the Himalaya.
Day 4:    Travel to Kausani (3 hrs)
A picturesque hill station, Kausani is located at an altitude of approximately 7000 feet from the sea level, in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand. This place is renowned for its scenic splendour and the spectacular 300 km panoramic views of the majestic Himalayas. A luxurious hill-top amidst thick Pine forest, with a commanding view of Someshwar valley on one side and Garur and Baijnath Katyuri valley on the other; Kausani is surely an awe-inspiring location for nature-lovers. Due to its similarity with the landscape, Kausani is called as ‘The Switzerland of India’.
Day 5:    Travel to Mukteshwar (3 hrs)
The serene town of Mukteshwar is just the right place for an idyllic holiday where panoramic views capture the eyes. The famous Mukteshwar Temple, stunning landscapes, sparkling sight of snow-covered Himalayas, misty sky and refreshing breeze nourish the fatigued senses. Walk in the clouds, soak your sense in the fragrant fruit orchards, stroll through its pristine surrounding, strike a conversation with the playful fog and click the moment when the golden rays of the rising sun paint the mountains beautifully. Mukteshwar is just the right place for a plentiful romance.
Day 6: Travel to Nainital for departure to Delhi
After breakfast, travel to Nainital to board the bus to Delhi. This marks the end of the tour.

Nainital is situated at a height of 6360 feet above sea level and has plenty of serene lakes that will calm even the most restless of souls. It reflects the majestic mountains during the day and the innumerable stars, thanks largely to the unpolluted atmosphere, during the night. Nainital got its name from a temple situated to the north of the Naini Lake called the Naini Devi temple. The temple deity is goddess Naina Devi, who is a manifestation of Durga and her Shakti form. Since ‘Naini’ means eyes, certain sections of the people believe that it was here that Sati’s eye fell, and hence the name Nainital. Nainital is one of India’s most visited hill stations and is dotted with villas, cottages and bungalows. Cool weather prevails throughout the year and heavy snowfall is a common characteristic during the months from December to February. Since the weather is pleasant the year round, the best time to come to Nainital would be during the summer months that is from March to June. 
Located in Almora district in Uttarakhand, the tranquil hill station and cantonment town of Ranikhet is surrounded by lush green forests and majestic Himalayan ranges. The area, rich with pine, oak, and deodar forests, is a much sought after holiday spot.Wildlife like leopards, mountain goats, barking deer, sambar, pine marten, Indian hare, red-faced monkey, jackal, langur and red fox flourish in the jungles around Ranikhet. The renowned Corbett National Park is just 90 km from the town. Ranikhet also has the honour of having Asia’s highest 9-hole golf course.The orchards at Chaubattia, few kilometers from Ranikhet, are very famous. The area grows extensive range of fruits includes apples, peaches, plums and apricots.Ranikhet is also an exciting trekking destination. From Ranikhet one can trek up to Gagas and Dwarahat. The farthest trek route is from Ranikhet to Kausani via Majkhali and Gochhina.
Kausani is a picturesque hill station in India, which serves as an amazing sojourning place for Himalayan travellers. The Ashram is a quiet place in Kausani city. This is the place where Mahatama Gandhi spent a few days of his life. He also wrote his commentary on Anashakti Yog at this place. Now, the Ashram has been converted into a study cum research centre. It also has an accommodation option with 24 rooms. With an attached library and kitchen, the staying in the Ashram becomes more memorable. Due to its historical association with Mahatama Gandhi, the place a popular Kausani tourist place. The intellectual aura of the Ashram enhances the joy of living here.
Pant Museum
Another must visit place in Kausani is the Pant Museum. It is the birth place of the eminent Hindi-Poet Sumitra Nandan Pant. It houses a gallery, which is especially built in the memory of Pant. Visit the gallery with any Kausani travel package, which takes you to the treasure of a collection of around hundreds of English as well as Hindi books, which are exhibited on glass shelves. The museum serves as an interesting place for literature lovers. They can enjoy literature amidst gorgeous surroundings. A poetry conference is also held in the museum every year. The occasion marks the birth anniversary of Pant with numerous poets taking part in it.
